IIS 4.0 Security....................................HELP!

Please walk me through IIS 4.0 Security Certificate Key Creation for a project.

I successfully created a Key in Key manager, but I can?t install the Key Certificate. (the *.txt output is to a file on hdd with NTFS share set to full/read)
