it is a sandy bridge celeron
dual core dual thread
the igpu that comes with the cpu what is it???
site at intel only tells the frequency.

can that igpu play 1080p blue ray???

The iGPU on the Celeron 847 is simply called Intel HD Graphics (no version number).

It's similar to HD Graphics 2000, but it lacks QuickSync and Intel's various video post-processing technologies. As far as I know the base video decode block is still there, but it's not ideal for Blu-Ray playback due to the lack of post-processing.
