Ignoring people who annoy you...

I try to be nice to everyone and I don't like to to be shut out or ignored. but specifically there is one girl who always calls me and shes not that bad looking but she sounds like a valley girl who never stops talking, it seems like an act its so bad. So anyways she calls me all the time and wants to hang out, I don't really want to I rather get a good nights sleep or do something else. But if I'm really bored I'll come hang out with her. Thats cool. But she calls at least 3 times a day. Do you confront them about it?

yea, or tell her you will call her next time you want to talk... and then slowly cut back, like go to once a day, then to however often you want to talk...

or.. give her something else to do (use your imagination)

Why not just be honest with her and tell her that you're busy during the day and don't have time to talk that many times....or that you just don't want to talk to her that often? Maybe by you always talking to her or going to her house, she thinks you really want to because you're showing interest.
