OK, *awesome* suggestions so far...here's my playlist thus far:

Cherry Pie - Warrant
Pour Some Sugar On Me - Def Leppard
Rock You Like A Hurricane - The Scorpions
Dr. Feelgood - Motley Crue
More Than A Feeling - Boston
Crazy Train - Ozzy
18 and life - Skid Row
Welcome to the Jungle - Guns N' Roses

This playlist RULES. 😀

Boston looks out of place in that lineup.

Boston - Boston, September 1976

I only listen to entire albums from beginning to end. Boston was a great one. It was recorded at a time when many great concept albums were released. All best listened to in their entirety. That's what was wrong with so much of the '80s music. Too many one hit wonders...

The Tubes
Stevie Ray Vaughn
ZZ Top

Not technically 80s, but the Mr. Crowley from Live & Loud is better than your entire list so far combined 🙂.

Queenryche for some strangeness.

Well, I thought of some others, but they have been taken care of in the rest of the posts.

Still not 80's bands. 😉

Barracuda is a good song though. 🙂 But I am not a big fan of Heart.

"More Than A Feeling" was released on Boston's first album, which was _not_ released in the 1980's. The album on which "More Than A Feeling" appeared was released on 08 August, 1976.

i like most of their other stuff. Third Stage is pretty good... but most of the tracks on the self-titled album are great... ie. Rock & Roll Band, Let Me Take You Home Tonight, etc.

That was crap too just like all Journey Music after they added that nancyboy Steve Perry as their lead singer. Journey was great prior to adding that Swish to their lineup

Boston - Smokin'
April Wine - Rock n Roll is a Vicious Game
Ratt - Round and Round
Saga - Wind Him Up
Whitesnake - Still of the Night
Winger - Seventeen
