No offense, but if you actually wanted to get this for $79 you just screwed yourself. Do a search for Ubid and you will see what I mean. Ubid auctions don't close if people are bidding, so by the time this closes it will be higher than you could buy it for somewhere else.....
 
DO NOT BID OVER $79 A PIECE. THIS IS NOT A HOT DEAL IF OVER $79!!!!! Anyways, did many people know about this? or was I the one who spilled the beans for everyone?
 
I know...I purposely posted it early to get people to bid because I accidently bid on 65 units during the final call. Being scared that I might have to buy all 65, I posted it on Anandtech to get people to get me out of trouble. I guess it's back firing on me now.
 
Hey, I really thought I was gonna have to buy 65 of these...what can i do with them? Sell them on egay...but that would take forever.. So, don't call me a moron... MORON.
 
I got in for $89, a warm deal. so, did you ruin your $79 price...it didn't look like it.

Why does the description say twinview arch. but it doesn't have the second connection?
 
This was a decent deal. I ended up with 11 of these and with shipping minus the 2% Ebates I think I averaged just about $80 a piece. These are great cards for putting in some OEM systems I am building...... I just wanted to add that I think there is a 50% chance that this auction was another of Ubid's "mistakes" ala the burners and the PIII systems. 610 is a HUGE number of video cards.....🙁
 
This is my first Ubid purchase, their reseller ratting is on the low side, but I looked thru the first 10-15 comments and they didn't seem too negative. Any info on Ubid?
 
I have purchased 4 monitors from Ubid. 2 of them were bad. I was able to get rma numbers without any problems. They always refunded my original shipping costs and the last time they even gave me a prepaid shipping slip to ship the monitor back. I would never get another monitor there but for smaller things they are cool. No real bargins though.
