I can't watch anything like that. Had a pretty big scare hiking up past the top of Yosemite Falls years ago. Stupid friend I was with decided we should take a short cut (and I was stupid to go along) and we ended up very close to the edge of a thousand foot drop on sloping, bald granite with not much to grab onto. I was shaking and crying by the time we got to safety. Never have been so scared.

I'd do that stuff in a heart beat if it was a controlled environment (ex: got permission, proper safety gear) but not the way some of these guys do it. Some of these guys don't have such protection, and I would not have the balls to do that. Only takes one slip... not to mention I'd be worrying about getting caught the whole time so it would distract me. I guess that's part of the thrill they're going for though.

Though what I would prefer is more vertical climbing like cell towers. I'd do that in a heart beat given the chance. The view from up one of those would be amazing and it's fairly easy climbing compared to stuff not meant to be climbed on.

All that, just to change a light bulb lol. That's why when we send tickets to those guys it takes half a year before they get around to it... not something you want to do in winter. (not my video or company but we do have cell towers and we do have contractors that go up them)

Oh and I just realized that one has an elevator. Fancy... none of our towers have that as far as I know.
