If your S.O. was sick (sore throat, caughing, sneezing, running nose, etc), would you stay close to them?

If your S.O was sick, do you stay close to them to comfort them and baby them and risk getting sick as well, or do you stay away?

I do whatever I can for my wife when she's sick. It frustrates her when I get sick because I tend to tough it out and take care of myself.

Stay close and be helpful. You were probably exposed before the symptoms appeared, so there's no point in being inconsiderate now.

Yep, you're not going to "get away" from the virus or what not anyways. What are you going to do sleep in another room? Quarantine them?

Yeah, ladybuggy always tells me when one of us is sick that the other one has been exposed already so it's too late already.

Of course, I have made her soup and rubbed her head or whatever was soar, if she wasn't soar than I would do whatever she requested to help ease her through the sickness.

I'd take care of her.

But I'd keep a firm 6-8 foot distance and not touch anything she touched.

Its just common courtesy, when your sick you don't pass it to your SO.

same here. now if shes is so bad that shes bedridden, then of course ill bring her food and drink. if its just a common cold or whatever, then deal with it.
