If your friend passes out, vomiting and drunk

I prefer spooning with someone of the opposite sex, and preferably not in a pool of their own vomit, though 🙁

Scientific studies show that its best to place them face up, with their shoelaces tied together, their zipper undone, and both palms filled with shaving cream. Doctors are still debating whether a mustache, beard, and/or arched eyebrows drawn on with a permanent marker also help alleviate the condition, but they agree that it certainly can't hurt.

Good luck.

ya, i heard about that in my hangover 101 class.

I give 'on the side' an A+ from personal experience. Prop his/her back on the back of the couch or something similar. Basically the idea is that when they vomit without waking up it doesn't choke them to death.

Face up or face down?

Decide how you want them to die.

Face up = choking to death, at least they have a fighting chance to roll onto their side

Face down = drowned in their vomit, the best position if you want them to die for sure

Your call...

I'm going to have to agree with you on this...

lie him on his side. also you should reach into his mouth and clear it of obstructions (vomit) and make sure his tongue hasn't flopped back blocking his air intake
