I'm boring.

I'd spend maybe $50k on vacation/new car/fun and the rest I'd put into a money market account and leave it.
 
I'd make a special trip to the bank to get it deposited right away and then get back to cleaning, but I think I'd be able to talk myself into being more aggressive about getting rid of junk that I'll never use anyway.

Pay off my debts, bank the remaining $980,000 and continue on with my life, but I'd no longer worry about saying "Can't go out. Don't want to spend money." or "I don't need that DVD that much."

Red and black are typically 1:1 if I'm not mistaken. Thus, this would not be a wise choice.

Pay off all debt except for house.

Invest till I have enough to pay off my house and leave $1M left over.

Move money to dividend yielding stocks and attain a 6% yield.

Quit my job.

Live off 6% yield. $60K is alot of money when you have ZERO debt.
 
Payoff credit card debit and second mortgage then invest the rest.

nah probably jus buy a good car or two that'd do me....id still stay at uni to do my degree also
