Eating your own poop isn't necessary. You can survive quite some time without food, and you would probably be able to find something in the ocean. What I would be worried about is water, and SHELTER. If this island is just a mound of sand sticking out of the sea, there may be nothing to shelter you from the sun. You would burn and dry out very, very quickly. I would work on finding/making shelter before I worried about water. You can live for two or three days without water. It wouldn't take much to setup a distillation unit, but if rain on a regular basis, it would be a better idea to setup a whole bunch of water collectors.

Hopefully none of us will need to worry about this actually happening.
