If you were given the chance for a 7 day vacation, anywhere, where would it be?

Hawaii.

I've been to third world countries, and while the scenery is nice, it sucks living in fear. Hawaii is the most beautiful vacation destination in a first world country.
 
A week is not that long and travel time is a big issue. Am I going alone or with my wife?

Alone: Scuba Diving in Cozumel or the Caymans

I went on a trip there in high school, I loved it. I think it was 2 nights in Rome, 2 nights in Florence, 2 nights in Nice, France, one night on a train from Nice to Barcelona, 2 nights in Barcelona, and we flew out of Madrid. Between there we also stopped in Assisi, Pisa, Monaco, Toledo (Spain), and probably some other cities I'm forgetting. Out of all of those, Florence was the most beautiful and fun city. Assisi was pretty cool for a day trip too.

Not me, I loved Rome the best. The feeling of history was almost overwhelming, like no other place I've been to.
