Yep, I was here before the new forum and remember Butter. Got the monitor for $150 ebayed it for $600 and still got the $49 settlement!!!! Cried for Nowheremom and was shocked a year or two later to find it was a scam. Was shocked as Rexbo was run out on a rail. Learned a lot from the young Lions in hardware and have enjoyed sharing my gift with off topic. It has been quite a ride! God Bless.

Been here for the Hardware evals & tech support in the UBB days also. Got sucked into the WMC fiasco (well, I jumped in more likely). Switched over here from the original MSN forums when they went to "newsgroups". Great overclocking support (ah, my first P100 that could do P133 - 33% improvement for opening the case and flipping switches). This has been the best ongoing forum since the first "1000". Thanks to Anand and the helpful community here on this board.

that was definitely the golden years. where almost every company offer free products with free shipping.
or some of them giving away hundreds of dollars in value america money for free. where some people made out real good with mutiple accounts... but not me of course.
