Would you complain if the audio quality was somewhat not good?

For a clip of the audio quality click here. Let me know if you think people would complain about that or not.

Edit: The video quality is less than stellar but that's because I mainly wanted to get feedback on the audio. The vid quality will be much better and also deinterlaced.
