I would murder someone daily but due it in a way in which it would require hours of incompetence. i.e. I will spend 6 hours slowly beating someone to death with a large balloon.
Through this logic I will become the most skilled person at murder in the entire world and in comparison any other people on the planet would have to have some lesser capacity to murder that would be entirely offset on natural survival.

What people would you kill? Innocent people or murderers? If you only killed murderers, then maybe you would be the best murderer killer in the world and it wouldn't affect regular people.

If you wanted to keep innocent people safe, you would need to slowly kill one every 10 days.

Maybe the cybernetic augmentation can help make me be even better, so I could then work on the AI stuff, and bring on the Singularity that much quicker. 😀
