Quick side question: Would they really arrest two really hot sisters who were making a porno?

I think it's disgusting, but I don't think that the government should be making laws that invade people's private lives. You don't need a law for everything. Puking into a blender, mixing it with dog shit and drinking it is disgusting, too, but do you really need a law covering that?

I don't think it should be criminalized. Who fuckin cares?
Agreed. Have sex with whoever you want, as long as they're old enough, and consenting. With siblings, there's the risk of genetic abnormalities in any offspring. Solution: Birth control/morning-after pill, and if you want kids, adopt.Originally posted by: KnightBreed
The real problem with incest is the risk of fathering children with genetic disorders. I couldn't care less what people do in the privacy of their own home, if one or the other proved they were incapable of having children. It doesn't affect me. It would be pretty difficult to prove infertility, so I could understand why governments keep it illegal.
Of course you'll have folks clamoring on about how immoral and disgusting it is. But it isn't always the governments responsibility to legislate morality.

Agreed 100%. What people do in the privacy of their own homes is the business of nobody but themselves. It doesn't matter if you think it's right or wrong or disgusting or what, it is none of your business what so ever. As long as it doesn't hurt anything(and it doesn't) it shouldn't be illegal.
