I would buy a ton of guns and explosives.

then i would buy an animal farm or a zoo and kill/blow up all the animals 🙂

Btw, If I inherited a billion dollars, I would NOT buy a new car. I bought a 2001 Crown Victoria because that is all that I need.

I would build an underground house with an underground firing range, a huge lan complex, an awsome home theater, a huge data center, every dvd, pay bobby fisher to be my personal chess trainer, and a new cell phone.
