if you saw god's face

Barfo

what would it look like? And would you want to see if seeing meant that you would have to believe in things like heaven and in Jesus and the saints and all the prophets?

Isn't actually looking upon the face of God deadly? Like, he has to hide behind those fat teletubby-looking angels to keep his holy light from melting the common saved's faces off or something.

On Topic: I would expect it to be really bright right before my eyes started cooking. Oh yes, I would want to see, or at least know. I don't think there's any rational minded person who wouldn't want to know the truth whatever that is and whatever their beliefs prior to knowing.

I've seen God's face. It was much like it is caricatured, long white hair and a long white beard. It was glowing bluish, stern and angry looking--not threatening, but intimidating. A shiver came over me as I saw it so I had to quickly look away.

I thought drunk posting wasn't allowed.

hallucinations =/= drunk

You're being exclusionary. Some people might believe in a god but not necessarily a jesus.

And, why do you anthropomorphise? If there is a god, it most certainly wouldn't be human with all of our frailties.
