When you thought the crypt keeper was actually scary.

There were alot of movies back then I thought were scary. Ghost busters being one of them, Jurassic park, etc.

I don't really know how kids acclimate so fast these days to gore and violence, ya know? Not that it concerns me, its just actually kind of impressive.

A necro, but as it's still on topic, does anyone really care?

Sonic The Hedgehog 2 and 3 I played when I was 3. Some old Macintosh I used at my grandparents when I was 4-5. Barney the Dinosaur. Toy Story, etc.

Lol. I played Sonic 3 & Knuckles to death as a kid. Could probably play it blind folded. Tails was the best character to play as. You could fly, swim, and Super Tails was a lot cooler than Hyper Sonic. He had a homing attack. When you got to that crazy sub boss in Death Egg Act 1, all you had to do was stand there.

Also are we forgetting Shining Time Station. Late 80s, early 90s. Man, I loved Thomas the Tank Engine. Had to collect all the die cast Ertle trains. I still have them in a box in the closet. To this day it still blows my mind that George Carlin played Mr. Conductor. I also remember when Ringo did it.

Everything was better in the olden days. Before these newfangled steam engines and mechanical contraptions became all the rage.

motherfucker forgot talespin and ducktales :colbert:

heh they have Ducktales on Amazon Prime now, so I was showing my kids. Great show.

There was a two hour block of Disney shows, it varied through the years. Ducktales, Tail spin like you mentioned but also, Darkwing Duck, Gummy Bears, Chip and Dale Rescue Rangers, Aladdin and maybe 2 or 3 others.

There were other great ones like Tiny Toons and Anamaincs. Also TGIF shows on ABC. Boy Meets World was a family favorite.
