I would become a highly skilled Detective and insert myself into the seedy underbelly of Chinatown, where I could expose drug rings and engage in intense fisty cuffs with tough bad guys of tall stature.

We know that's a fantasy...you're HIGHLY unlikely to find guys...bad or good...of tall stature in Chinatown...

Enjoying life, following all kinds of educational courses. Learning programming languages and operating systems such as Linux... Learning physics, electronics and mechanics.
Then i would start looking for people with a common interest to build a droid with an advanced AI.
If i never have to perform work to pay my bills, i might as well do work what i like. ^_^
Not that i do not like my work i have now, but it is work i get assigned rather than that i pick what i want to do.

I'd probably do following:

Race cars, play video games, rental properties, invest while having the profits go to a charity of my choice, travel (bike long distances, walk the earth, fly), run huge lan parties, try to conquer a few fears I have, build skate parks and bmx tracks, start my own sponsorship company for extreme sports for newcomers, start a blog website and post random rants, freelance writing or article/newspaper writing, make a movie, make music, make a website from scratch that doesn't suck, hire a bunch of friends and people I know to get them away from jobs they hate, build computers and try beating overclocking records, fix cars, play tennis and badminton, join a discovery team to discover new life or land, cater to elderly who have nobody left in their lives, detail high end cars at my own pace, talk to people, work people to find a cure for tinnitus and other annoying problems, attend all of my favorite bands concerts, get a college degree in Financing or Accounting to learn how numbers come together in businesses, learn how to do a back flip, learn karate or take self defense classes, lift weights, read books, design audio equipment mainly speakers, learn about the brain and body in humans as wells as other animals.

When I'm not doing the above, hopefully when I'm old, I'd spend time with my wife somewhere peaceful where there's no worries or loud noises.

I'd buy me a high performance gravel truck with a rear view camera and just cruise the highways and byways of America cutting in front of BMWs. I'd post driver expressions to my blog in real time.

rare events I'd say, otherwise the rest of the post seems very realistic.

If I become stinky rich I would travel around the world in business or first class. Europe, Africa, Antartica are the ones that I haven't visit yet.

Then volunteer to help others via Doctors Without Borders, Save The Children, and other well know charities.
