First of all, it would have to be someone Canadian, as:

a. I would be on the Canadian version.
b. In any case everyone knows that Canadians are smarter.

So, off the bat, 90% of you's are disqualified, sorry.

Secondly, I haven't the foggiest.

Wow, old thread!
Personally, I wouldn't have to use my lifelines :D
(j/k)

I've only watched the show a few times... it seems that the always manage to find questions that, based on what they know about the contestant, the likelihood that the contestant knows the answers to all is quite low.

Why doesn't anyone on that show happen to have a friend sitting at home behind his/her computer with Google ready?

You da man for me ;)

Heh... I really wonder if they demand the phone a friend people to be computer illiterate, otherwise they'd not get wrong answers anymore.

The phone a friends are not really at home... They are sitting in an enclosed room offstage... I thought that was pretty common sense...

Actuallt they weren't.

Steve Hartman of Xtra sports 690 in San Diego actually got to be the friend and he correctly answered the question from his kitchen.

They discussed it on the radio.

Wow, creepy that this topic has been refreshed. I just got an email from the "Millionaire" people calling me in for an audition on Sept 28th. I signed up ages ago and totally forgot.

Only problem is, it's "Celebrity Trivia Millionaire" and I don't know squat about celebrity trivia. If you do, go here.

Wow. I can't believe this thread dates back that far.
I looked at the dates after going, "who the hell?"

And that it already got bumped this year!

Oh well, was just doing a search before posting a topic and found this instead.

MV - "Hi wuhdwacknug? This is Meredith from the Millionaire show. I've got Jzero here and he has a question for you worth $250k...."

J-"OK, Ducknuts! What is the average crusing velocity of an unlaiden swallow tail? Is it A) 42, B) African or European? C)C or D)Yes?"

W-"Spunky we C for D fourty-two. Offend this! You flame no understand why English? Spunky say answer should be B 20% uncertain but I put in sig and - " *click*
