I'd have all my friends sitting in front of a computer with Google up. Seriously, half the dummies they call spend 90% of the time having them re-re-re-read the question and answers. Read it once, Google it, win $1 million.

Personally, I think that when they reached the 1 million dollar question, I'd say "hey, for shits and giggles, let's poll the audience to prove what a bunch of idiots they are." :p

depends on the subject, for math/education related I might call DrPizza, and for legal I'll ponder MotionMan :D
others I'll have to think about regarding the subject (ie Lothar for investing) :)
