Either you heard it wrong or they left out a lot of info.

The lottery is not going to limit the tickets as that hurts them. The limit is only on stores that are on probation for breaking the rules.

Any store that sells the lottery can sell those types of tickets.

Get the max at one store and walk over to the next corner.

More than enough stores for all.

Yes and I grew up right outside a busy city filled w/ lots of the so called "lower class citizens" ie the ones in the lowest two tax brackets. Based then on you saying the folkds in the top bracket, whom many are lying stealing scum, etc then if you don't disagree I will contest that the same goes for the lower end. In reality, not all are. Some just try to make a living and are honest folk who just can't catch a break in life. However, I will remain blissfully ignorant and label them all as poor who will steal from you, attempt to kill you or your family.. all for the sake of a quick buck. Gluttony and greed do not reside in just one political or tax bracket. ALL types of people can steal and cause others harm. Just because somebody makes a few million a year, doesn't make them crooks, esp b/c there is an extremely high chance that they worked hard to get there. At least they contribute to society in some productive form. On the other hand, the last time I checked, the best thing somebody who lived in the ghetto on welfare did was serve me a burger or rob the local gas station. But then again, that statement is a blanket and isn't true for everybody who is lower class or doesn't have a job. However, I bet more lower class citizens commit crimes or cause others harm than the upper class ones.

I love how people have to bring religion into everything. Religion was made to explain things that were unexplainable, and to control those who otherwise would be uncontrollable. One can have morals, ethics and respect for his self and others without a God or Gods to make him feel as if he is right or wrong.

If MA is smart they will quietly fix this (like stopping the step-up in odds), publically announce a dubiously effective fix (like the sales restrictions) and let the dollars flow in. Casinos make a very high percentage of profits off those who think they have a way to game the system.
