The drawing sucks, dump her.

It's pretty good. Few things to fix up (face is kind of weird, folds in clothing aren't too great...etc...), but overall it's decent.

Jesusfvckingchristo thats about a million times better than anything I've ever done.

I seriously seriously seriously cannot draw for sh!t.

Anybody that feels as though they should vote me down for a 1 please go right ahead and do so- I deserve it for my crappy crap crap drawing skills.

I know!!! man. She better fix up that drawing or she's a goner.

Uh huh. In any case I can do better. The face IS off, the eyes need fixing and I can pick out at least a dozen details I did a half-assed job on just for the sake of finishing the picture. I haven't seriously drawn anything in almost 2 years, I really should try something new...

It's pretty good....nothing great, but if it's really original (which I'm kind of doubting, but as long as she just "had something in mind", it's cool), very nice. The aspect on the face is slightly off, but the detail and correctness of the hand and outfit outweigh that. Not bad!

I'm more in to realistic drawing, sketching and painting but there are only few things on the drawing I would fix (so minor it doesn?t even matter).

But it?s always weird when you?re the artist and someone else is critiquing it. Just today I was adding some dust effect in one of my oil paintings and asked the teacher if it looked ok, because I thought it looked a bit weird and he said it all in my mind. It?s not the first time either. I think artist are a lot harder critiquing their own work then others. It has nothing to do with fishing for compliments, in my case at least, but sometimes another set of eyes is necessary to find little errors in the art work. I know every time I look at some of my older work I always thing wtf was I on to create this pos. 😉

I'm guessing it wasn't sketched from a pic... and if it wasn't, it's good. Correct ratios are REALLY hard to get, especially when trying to emulate anime... as a former roommate of an anime freak, I'm impressed. You should show your gf this thread 🙂
