I'm sure I'm not the only one with this issue. I currently run Win 7 so the fix I'll mention later might not be for everyone. I experience horrendous stutters in Battlefield 1. My FPS frequently drops to 0.1% low values after 30-45 seconds of smooth gameplay. Occasionally I will get in a vehicle and not be able to turn the turret or even move it forward. I solved these issues by opening task manager and in the Processes tab, setting the Battlefield 1 exe to High Priority. Upon alt tabbing back into the game, I experience no more stutters or any other unplayable experiences.
