so if you can goto Program Files...Common Files...Adaptec Shared...Creator API

and tell me if you have these same files and if they are the samesize...

You can use this hash calculator to find the checksums of your's. I don't have any problems running CD Creator. Do you have any other burning software installed? Such as Nero? The problem could be a conflict.
