If you have a Laptop, do you really need a PDA?

I own a Dell 8100 Laptop and I am thinking of getting a Dell Axim. How many of you that has laptop also purchased a PDA? Which do you use most offen?
 
I have both, and I use both. A PDA can be accessed at a moments notice, and you can carry a lot of info in a very small amount of space. As for a laptop, I use it because it is portable, but it takes setup and startup time that I sometimes don't have.
 
Isn't it a little inconvenient to have to use the laptop just to look up a phone number?

Thanks for the inputs. You just saved me some money so I can blow it in Vegas on Sunday. LOL!
