I wouldnt even buy ati cards if xfx didnt rebrand them. I had issues with sapphire and asus in the past. I'm not going to bother at all with the lesser tiers.

I've owned various brands of ATi cards, and never really had a problem:
ATi themselves... back when they were the only ones.
Sapphire, since they're *the* ATi OEM to me, I believe they've been around the longest, and have the strongest ties to ATi.
Club3D, because they're usually the cheapest you can find here, and they deliver solid reference-design cards for both ATi and nVidia.
Asus, also solid reference-design cards, usually with a good overall bundle of software and hardware. But you generally pay a bit extra.

Any of the major brands. If it's noticeably cheaper, its probably for a reason.

I'd get pretty much anything besides Powercooler. I usually buy Sapphire unless there's a good reason not to since they're had such a long relationship with ATI.

XFX first choice if price acceptable. normally they are too expensive, but they are the best.
second would be HIS maybe or MSI for me.
