Good question. Definately would deal with clean energy as well. Something accomplishable; perhaps market affordable self-charging electric bicycles and try to change the laws of my Country to make them street-legal without license.

We would need rid out dependence on oil, it's polutive, and destructive to the environment. too many people in america just drive for fun, instead of walking a mile they would ride their car instead. some are even crazy enough to drive their car just across the neighborhood, that's right just one block away! i think the real reason for obesity is lack of exercise in america and second would be fatty food due to growth hormones. we're fuked as a species, I mean royally. no one's willing to make a change because it would be inconvenient for them. if you had a choice of eating and sleeping 24hrs a day with little work or work your ass off for better health, how many would choose the latter one?

The best option as far as that goes is producing a more cost-effective solar energy collector. Wind farms and the tide energy generators have both shown an impact on the ecosystem, but I'm thinking solar shouldn't really affect anything. Perhaps quantum entanglement will allow us to place space-borne solar collectors and reap the energy on planetside.

My first thought was to help those who are truly in need and are willing to help themselves. Unfortantly, the way the our government system is set up, those who capable of working but choose not to are the ones who benefit from our money. At least for the most part. There are always exeptions. But in the past year, I've really began to question our political government system altogether. I believe with todays technology we could implement a true peoples choice America. I think that is a good cause worth devoting my life to.

Build a tower to the space station with a wicked fast elevator.
Or
Build a bridge to the moon so we can all make frequent trips to sip martinis at the edge of the Sea Of Tranquility.

I would choose to not walk around thinking the world needs my help.

Edit: but I don't think I can manage that. Can anyone be that selfless?
