If you had to delete all but one of your apps, which one would you keep?

Beatmaker, maybe it's not useful but I have been playing with it making beats all afternoon on it. I like Intelliscreen but I couldn't get it to start 1/2 the time and my trial ran out before I came to a solution so I dumped it. Beatmaker could turn me into the next super producer. With the kinda money they make, I could afford a Mac and a Mac Book wOOp wOOp!
 
This thread really makes me want to jailbreak so I can get Intelliscreen 🙁 It's one of the few jb apps I think I would really care about, but it sure sounds dreamy.
 
If I had to delete all but one of my apps, it'd be Windows. If I had to delete all of my apps, I might as well not have a computer 😛
 
not counting native apple apps like Safari . . . i think i'd go with fieldrunners . . . I use that app the most, by far.
 
pandora, I use it as often and as long as possible. I transfer about 1GB/mo over EDGE because of it!

And I jailbroke my phone for 2 days and had massive stability/lag issues (2G, 2.2.1) so I restored. Nothing in jailbreak really tickled my fancy.
