Regeneration sounds good to me. Though I suppose invulnerability would be even better.

Shape shifting, as in being able to be anything. I suppose that would include re-generation since it'd be hard to shape-shift without that capability. If someone shot at me, I'd just become steel or something. It'd be the perfect superpower. Plus, I could make my self look perfect for a girl, it would have to improve my odds. I've got nowhere to go but up after all. (I had to make that joke myself, pre-emptive strike.)
