I've looked at it, and it doesn't add up to much (if any savings). $160 for the hopper, $40 for the lid, $100 for the zymico bottom valve, $90-100 for the racking cane from zymico too. Then there's shipping and you're close to the $489 it costs locally

Good idea, but I'll bet that a Wal-Mart clone would cost over a million to build. Not only that, but you would never be able to match the prices of the big chains, because they get huge volume discounts.
