Not a chance. In all seriousness, with the new "cocktail" of drugs, you can basically live AIDS free for a lifetime. A friend of the family has HIV. He was diagnosed 25 years ago. The fact that he survived the 80s is amazing, but with the newest drugs you can generally keep the AIDS virus dormant. At least that is what I've heard.
