You'd be surprised what they do besides the Lotus Elise. (My favorite examples are the development of the LS7 Z06 motor and the DMC Delorean suspension setup, which John Delorean couldn't have developed if his life depended on it.)

ExxonMobil is the obvious answer. But what might be more interesting...probably Honda or Toyota, not just for the cars at all.
