Dude, I've eaten a 43oz Porterhouse that was the highest grade of meat, and I can tell you that it's overrated. There are many parts on a steak that big that a re tough beyond enjoyment.
If I get to choose, I would eat nothing but 12oz Filet Mignons forever.
