Well if it was your "personal" terminator I wouldn't think that you'd have to reprogram it. They had one male terminator that had a long term relationship pretending to be a womans husband iirc but that was a different model. I don't see why the couldn't make that model in female version though, not sure how the TX models "inards" would work/feel since they are liquid metal.
