If you could go traveling for a few months this summer..

Getting 17 foot class C RV and driving around America. Maybe even including the warmer parts of Alaska.

I love traveling. The Caribbean is great. I've never been to Europe, but there are sooo many places to see. I think if I had a few months, I'd start in Spain and just work my way around. Although that's kinda cookie cutter.

If you don't mind jumping around. I'd hit up Hawaii, Australia, Phillipines, China, Egypt, South Africa, Brazil/Argentina and Greece.

Those are some of the key places in the world I'd love to see and if I had a few months and flying costs weren't an issue, I'd do em all.

I'm going to see biggest ball of twine in Minnesota.

Europe on Eurorail pass

Definitely this. I just got back from Japan which was awesome but I've never visited Europe at all.

Unfortunately work doesn't afford me months off at a time but I'm going to try to visit Ireland and England this summer if possible.

i'd hit up the french polynesia, then australia and new zealand, then spend the rest of the time in maui and check out some other hawaiian islands.

For that length of time and on my budget I'd go somewhere inexpensive. South America or Southern Asia would be my picks.

By myself? Motorcycle + bivy + bag and then ride across the country hitting Badlands, Bryce, Yosemite, Yellowstone, Grand Canyon, Zion, and anything else I can get to.

With the wife and kids? I'd rent a house in Acadia.

Early summer head to the Badlands of South and North Dakota then back down to Devil's Tower. As it warms up head into Montana and Wyoming, then over to Washington and Oregon. Yellowstone is cool but it's such a zoo. Maybe hit one of the hot springs areas then head back north. I haven't seen Crater Lake so that would be worth doing. California's kind of tough as there is cool stuff on the ocean and cool stuff on the east side but a whole lot of nasty smelling nothing in between.

All over Europe, starting with Italy. Then in no particular order: Spain, Greece, Germany, and Prague. 🙂
