Judas Iscariot.

Runner-up: Benedict Arnold

Did you choose Judas because you hate Christianity?

Oh no, not at all. I figure if it was necessary, I'm sure Jesus would talk me out of it so that history would proceed.

Oh. So you just figure you would feel like killing him?

I'd go back and kill Jesus. That bastard started a lot of wars later in life. I'd say around the time he was 32 should do.

I can't say. They banned the last person who mentioned killing a sitting president.

That's the reason why I mentioned no current leader who is alive

Really? I don't recall that. Though I'm sure lots of other people started wars in his name. They'd just pick another person to start wars for.

I would kill Anand. So ALL OF THIS wouldn't exist.. ok jk jk jk (waits for ban)

But in all seriousness, I would kill Mao. I hate how China is still communist today, and communism would've died aroudn the world if China stayed under Chiang Kai Shek.

Just curious, that's all.

Warning: no current leaders or people alive today are qualified to be name here. The people you mention must be historical characters and more importantly must be dead.

He is my candidate: Adolf Hitler, the evilest man to have lived.

without hitler... Stalin would have most likely attempted the same bid for world conquest... the mutual hatred between the two pretty much kept each other in check so to speak...

Though after hitler committed suicide in his undergound bunker... the assassination of stalin as a cooperative effort between churchhill and truman might have prevented most of the cold war.

However truman was too interested in employing the russians to help defeat japan post eurpoean theater.

If I could go back and kill one person I would probably kill Ephialtes, the guy who defected to the persians at the Battle of Thermopylae and led to the spartan defeat. It would be interesting to see what would happen if the Spartans had won and Leonidas hadn't died.

I'd be afraid to kill Hitler. As much as World War 2 sucked, you have to admit it did help the world economy.

No, I'd leave history alone. For all we know, if Hitler was killed, maybe someone else would have risen up in his place... someone who was able to convince some of the greatest scientific minds of the time not to leave the country, but rather to stay and develop nuclear weapons.

It would be scary to think what would have happened with Germany had they not used a tremendous amount of resources on the holocaust, as well as a leader who didn't think "Hey, let's attack Russia; that always works out well!"

Whats really funny about his attack on russia was that he named the attack after a german general that lead a FAILED invasion of russia in the early 1900s...

/me is shocked by all of the people in here who actually say that they would kill someone. Murder is wrong, no matter the person. You all are no better than those that you would kil, and those of you that think you are serving some higher moral imperative are just delusional.

According to wikipedia, it was named after Emperor Frederick Barbarossa of the Holy Roman Empire.

I don't know about you, but I like to think I'm better than Adolf Hitler.

I imagine those of you who would kill Jesus are either joking or have serious issues - especially since he eventually gets killed anyway.

I personally don't care enough to kill anyone in the past - though getting into a fist fight with someone like Ghandi strikes me as having serious humor potential. I bet he's tougher than he looks.
