If you could get any car (money was no factor), what would you get? (Post Pics)

I would go for a De Tomaso Pantera, probably the GT4 model. Say what you will about the Pantera not being a true Italian sports car or it being bastardized with a Ford engine, but I still love this car.

An original427 Shelby Cobra. This isn't the best pic I've seen, but the first I found. They easily go for $300,000 though, so I don't plan on getting one any time soon...

I would get the 2002 Lexus IS300

Picture

Personally, I think most expensive doesn't necessary mean good looking. I think NSX is pretty ugly.

<< 1970 Hemi Cuda >>

That's my favorite car to deftron, they be mighty expensive and very hard to get now. You realize that stock 426 hemi motor that they put in that car was rated over 500 hp but they had to lie about due to insurance regulations and other BS.
That's alot of horses man.

It could out accelerate a Porsche from 40-60 among other things. That is a car that could be enjoyed daily. Most of the cars you're drooling over would probably get stuck going over the first railroad crossing or deep pot hole you came to!

Yeah, I heard that about the underrating of the horses...If its true, that means thats the Hemi was the most powerful American production car ever instead of the Viper.
If I had to pick a new car, I think I'd go with the Viper.

Anything but a eurotrashmobile ;)

American Muscle, baby!

Me too.

I'll just have a bit more room to stretch out . . . 0-60 in 5 miles.
