Maybe sushi from Japan. Or BBQ brontosaurus.

Katz deli pastrami sandwich. I live a few block from it but other than price its the long line of tourist I hate. Haven't had one is six years or so.

Technically we have a "Katz's deli" right up the street from me in Woodbridge CT too lol.

It's pretty good but absolutely not the same as NYC.

I wanna have the double patty camel burger I ate for dinner every single night for one whole month in 2018 or 2019 coz it was 20% discounted. Mister Burger changed it and now it's a smaller, more expensive shell of its former glorious self, making me dislike it :(

How does ground camel taste fried up on a bun (with fries hopefully!) vs beef?

Heaven! It has its own taste. Hard to describe. It's very uniform tasting coz there is almost no cholesterol in it. It's not as chewy as beef. Bit soft. But every bite was enjoyable as heck. I would say it's a great alternative to angus beef patty.

I've had fried camel meat from a different restaurant. Unfortunately, that was crap coz the meat was from some very fatty, bony part.

An absolutely smashing bowl of tonkotsu ramen with an extra egg and chasu from one of the top ramen joints in Tokyo.

Make sure it's real butter. The artificial butter flavor may come from diacetyl which can cause brain cells to lump together, causing early onset dementia.
Gracious. I was just describing the flavor, there's no butter in these crack-a-lackers. They don't even use that word on the box anywhere.
BTW, I just got back from the store with more. Keeping a supply on hand.

Came in to post this. Likely choose either a ribeye or strip. I like sirloin and tenderloin as well, but with Wagyu, I'd want a bit fattier cut for the flavor.
long pork
You nassy bastage, lol.
Chicken and waffles from Deschutes Brewery in Portland.
But I'll be having that in April.
Awesome place, I've been there twice while visiting. Good food and great brew. Funny that I never went there when I lived across the river in Vancouver.

Their Obsidian stout is one of my all-time favorites, getting it from a nitro tap there was fantastic.

It would have been smoked for many many hours, juicy, and can be shredded with little effort. Pork or beef, as they both hit that sweet spot on my taste buds. Hush puppies, buttered new potatoes, slaw, and fried okra to complete the plate.

A chicken wrap with nuclear wing sauce from the place that had terribad service and is longer in business. It was worth it for that wing sauce. It's the only time I've gotten "ZOMG HOT!" food out that lived up to the billing. It came with warnings and disclaimers on the menu, and it was glorious. It was just about at my limit for enjoyment, though I could go hotter for shock effect. Sweating, and a nice buzz when finished. I miss that place.

edit:
On that note, I wouldn't mind some Indian food from a local place as of 10 years ago. I could operate the chef at that time like a piece of electronics regarding heat. The 'heat scale' they use goes from 1-10, and you specify how hot you wanted. I usually asked for 13. The waiter would laugh, but the chef would make a 13. When I asked for 14, it was a little hotter than I wanted, and 12 wasn't quite hot enough. Now I ask for 20 cause why the fuck not. It's never hot enough. I don't know if they sold the place or what, but there's a lot of non Indian Asians there now, and the food isn't the same. They definitely don't make things hot.
