...you must take responsibility.

Driving home from the bar and some drunk chick drives into the back end of my car. Light turns green within seconds and she speeds off as I am getting out of the car.

If I find you, little miss-daddy-bought-me-a-nice-car, you will pay.

that sucks, but how do you know she was drunk?
I watched her leave the bar stumbling.
Then why did you put youself in the path of a speeding bullet?
I did not expect her to be driving behind me.

Get any of the license plate numbers/letters?

Notice the make/model of the car?

A hit and run is a serious crime, you should try to nail her. Figuratively speaking, of course.

All I got was the first two numbers and middle letter. 64A and then xxxx. It was a newer Infinity.

I think that would probably be enough. Did you call the cops and file a report?

No I did not. I got out of the car and assessed the damage. Luckily, all I have is a few paint scratches which polishing compound will take right out. Not to mention I would have spent at least an hour waiting for a cop to show. I have little faith in the cops here in town.

This bar is probably gonna get its licence suspended, too, oh the irony. Minendo, hope it all works out. :)

Well then, you really have only two options:

1) If she was hot, you track her down and blackmail her for "favors". You tell her she did a considerable amount of damage to your car, and that you could have her arrested.

2) If she was not hot, you forget the whole thing and go on about your life as before.

I kid, of course. :p

Hightly doubtful. This is an on-campus bar. 90+ percent of the people leaving are unable to legally drive. This town is so damn corrupt. All of the bar owners and leasing management have the cops, town hall, inspectors on their side.

I can't wait until I file a lawsuit against my previous apartment complex management.
