I have been posting here for 12 years and never reported any of my ATOT posting commissions on my tax forms.From what my DIL (who is a CPA) has said, CPAs have an ethical code that doesn't allow them to discuss client information without the client's permission, but they do not have legal confidentiality privilege like a physician does. If brought in to testify, they will throw you under the bus.
So I would be very cautious about admitting that you have been embezzling from your employer and have not reported half your income to the IRS for the last 10 years. Just saying...
