If you cant fly just practice on single player mode or find a server with 1 or 2 players on it so you can practice...

On a regular match leave the flying for the ones that can.....I hate it when a rookie keeps wasting flying vehicles when there are plenty of good pilots on the team that can use them.

A joystick isn't necessary.

However, practice on a local LAN server is a MUST.

Yes.

You have to create a local server to get them though.

I know a joystick isnt necessary (when I fly choppers I use the mouse/kb combo).

I just used the title "if you cant fly buy a joystick" because there is another post with the same tittle...I just added the practice part of it....a joystick will not make you a pilot...practice will.:thumbsup:
