Should'da paid with a credit card. You could have contested the charges or exercised the warranty.

My wife called and we are getting 2 free teas tomorrow.

You called to complain???

I was with you until this. It's not like they served you a cup of chlorine. They didn't even bring you coffee. Have you ever made a small mistake in your entire life?

sure everyone has made mistakes.

But why should he PAY for the mistake they made? I have no problem with him calling and getting what he paid for. the cost really does not matter.

Yeah, so just get them to fix it? I don't understand. Why not just send it back?

Texashiker has no problem with the US going into default and the US getting thrown into another great recession, but damn it if that tea isn't right he's going to cause a fuss!

Culvers in Lawrence is very very well run. They have great food, great staff, and every experience there has been very favorable. Their prices are pretty good also.

Same with Lee's Summit, MO (hi neighbor!). Culvers also supports our elementary schools by having nights where they let volunteers work for tips and also give 15% of sales to the sponsoring school. Try getting McD's or BK to do that.

They do deserve minimum wage, and if they don't care about the orders/work then they don't even deserve that.

but Lol @ going to sonic every single day. Don't care how low the cost is, thats just pathetic. Cook some real eggs and bacon at home for < 4.32 total.

I really think that this whole sweet tea episode could be solved by having Sonic go bankrupt and then tearing down all their stores to be rebuilt.

sounds a little extreme. how about just shooting all the workers?

My wife and I go by sonic just about every morning to get breakfast. We always, and I mean always order 2 large unsweet teas.

What did we get this morning?

Sweet tea.

So they're getting paid appropriately. To be fair though, I've had orders for unsweet tea get messed up just about everywhere. It's just one of those things that I've come to realize is going to happen from time to time.

That's not to say that I think everyone deserves more than minimum wage. Hell, some people don't even deserve minimum wage if you consider how effective they are at their jobs.
