Tie between eyes and memory. Probably memory... I can stand wearing glasses, but it sucks not being able to remember stuff.

??? Is "uncircumcision" an upgrade?

Supposed to feel much better, is it not?
I dunno. But the wiener has already been cut and the vasectomy has already been done. No more knives on my junk, ever. And IMHO sex already feels great, good enough for me anyways.

Heart. im suprised no one has said this. I would think a stronger heart would let you live longer, push harder [oh yeahh] and be stronger, no?

This. Fucking shin splints. I would love to be able to run 200 km a week and not get stress fractures.

Eyes/brain for sure. want to see a greater range of the electromagnetic spectrum. Infrared and xray and microwave and all that shit. If I could see radio, I would be able to locate wireless hotspots just by sight alone!

10x overall physical strength would be nice also, but that might be more than you'd consider 1 part/organ..

my eyes. I have keratakonis, and I'd love to not have my vision getting worse and worse. Oh, and I'm deaf in my left ear, but I don't really mind that.

Definitely my mental abilities... I'd love to be able to process very complicated information instantly without doubts or confusion. I could go to class, understand everything I'm told (including all the implications), and have a lot of free time. Then, I could triple major and be a total badass.

Legs, eyes or hair. My hair is going, but I could compensate for that with height. If I had perma-hair, I wouldn't need to compensate. Even if I had good eyes, I'd still have trouble due to my height at potential jobs I could qualify for. Regardless, I have no desire to be a pilot, so lasik'd eyes will be sufficient.

So height or hair, I choose height.

Nope, the heart is almost never the weakest link in your body.

Heart failure/heart attacks are caused by plaque buildup in the coronary arteries followed by a clot creating a full blockage and depriving the heart of oxygen.

Exercise by itself will strengthen your heart plenty.
