Some type of armor plate for skin. I don't know whether I'd want it to look like human skin or some type of first person shooter armor, but I always wanted to be a Storm Trooper. Then again, as a Soldier, I do enjoy peeling off all the real armor after the mission is completed. God, it's so nice! Laying in a freshly made bed with the AC cooling off your nether regions! Well, maybe retractable claws.

With bad astigmatism I almost went with that option, but lasik surgery is coming along quickly and it'd be easier to get better eyes than to get better legs.
