I don't. Just me.

You are throwing away a great opportunity. Being young esp with your own place opens up a lot of doors, even if you aren't the best looker, popular, rich, etc.

When a chick or guy knows there are no witnesses to things, they tend to lower standards and morals a bit at times.

If I could go back I'd probably skip getting married the first time at 23, buy a condo and profit.

How much food do you keep at your house/apartment?
I have virtually nothing, I am perfectly happy with eating bread and cheese for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
And I wonder if I am just a tight wad, or if that's all guys.

I'm gradually keeping less and less. I used to like to have a well stocked kitchen but then too much stuff went bad or I had to keep buying packaged food.

I prefer fresh foods now, like fruits and vegetables, so I just hit the local health foods store every few days or so.

I also eat out a lot. Many nice restaurants near me. 🙂

I had a cute guy offer to "hook up" with me today. I sorta played it off. I'm just not interested in much anymore.

Let me guess, you're 6-1 110 lbs with yellow toenails and scurvy from lack of nutrition.

BTW, I spend about $10/day on food, or 300/month since I get a salad every day at the local supermarket for lunch.

5'7" 134lbs as of yesterday.

I've spent $80 on lunch alone. It was a 4 course meal with some wine in new orleans at a really chic European restaurant right before the hurricane.

I do about $80/week in foodstuffs.

Good times.

and no i'm not a geezer...only 20.

Food is meant to be enjoyed.

Also, you are just bulls****ing about your bread and cheese all day.

Well I have money for food, I just don't see the use in buying all this stuff to prepare dinner. You are just going to sh!t it out anyway. But a sandwich is easy to make. You slap a piece of meat or cheese in between two piece of bread. Sometimes I buy eggs too, because you can get like 6 meals out of 70 cents.

Eggs pwn

My bf and I went grocery shopping today and spent $180 on food. But one shopping trip's worth of food lasts us about two weeks-- we buy a lot of frozen meats and stuff.

Our roommates are single guys who buy food just for themselves-- one of them went shopping a few days ago and spent $80, and that was huge for him. He goes out to eat a lot, though.

Living in the dorm.... It's costing about $450-$475 per month, for food. Plus all that pizza I order, and how I go out for every meal pretty much on weekends, and all the extra food I keep in my refridgerator... brings me way over $500/month.

I spend 250 bucks a month on food and most of it is microwave meals, ramen noodles, and meat.

I always eat a microwave meal for dinner while my meat is defrosting then grill up a couple steaks, some chicken, or some salmon.

I also eat a lot of cambpell's chunky soup. For lunch it's protein bars, 2 sandwich's, a bag of doritos, and an orange

I'm the same way, keep barely no food in the apartment.

Er, well, I wouldn't be happy eating bread and cheese for 3 meals a day, I go out to lunch 5 days a week at work, but when I'm home alone, I get just as much satisfaction out of a bowl of cereal or a grilled cheese sandwich than I would from going through the time/trouble/effort to cook myself a steak or whatever else.

When the gf is over we inevitably go out to eat or cook some huge production of a meal, so hoenstly for me it's a split between half lazyness and half trying to compensate for eating so much other times.

I'm single and live by myself.

I always have froze chicken and burgers along with some pizza and pasta I can make easily.

Lets see what I have to eat in my house...

1. Half full jug of orange juice
2. Old bread thats probably hard as a rock
3. Spearmint gum...
