That's silly. If they have them, they will use them.. if they get the chance. Iraq is going to suffer the same fate whether they fight back or not.. Just not as many people will die if they don't.

Best case even if they have them, they will not be used. The officers know that if they use them, they will be held for war crimes.

You really believe Iraq would use them? They would have already used them. For instance, If someone were to say they were going to kick your ass and kept saying that, they are not really going to do it, they are all talk. However, if you see that the person is not saying stuff like that, and has a real pissed off dameanor, you can tell he is for real and is going to kick you ass. Maybe a bad analogy

And then when we caved to Iraqi intimidation, we could take a page from Clinton and be intimidated by North Korean intimidation. Oh, wait, there are plenty of people advocating that already!
