Think its quite simple, he is in debt to the Thiel bros. And they got the dirt on him or he woulda screwed them over by now.
 
I want to know if the MAGAt Trump supporters really "love" their country.

Their election of this sociopath, criminal and rapist, together with the trash that comes out of his mouth incessantly, is a succession of slaps in the face to any serious American, European, Canadian.

It's an insult. Trump is an insult to the human race. So tearing up the White House East Wing for the oversize garish ballroom -- abolishing the legacy of two President Roosevelts, and trying to rename Kennedy Center as "Trump Kennedy Center" is spitting on America.

That's all Trump does. He wants to spit on America, the memory of our ancestors, Canada and all of Western Europe. He has no regard and no respect for anybody or anything.

As for Greenland. And therefore NATO. I've been ready to offer myself as enlistee to either the Canadian army or the Danish army, but I'm no good to them as a 78-year-old with COPD.

They can't stop it but they can sanction the US to the degree that the USA loses unequivocally.
 
Read the book "sledge patrol" to anybody interested in Greenland and in history.

We have no business invading or trying to colonize them. I believe we already have access to strategic bases there for military and weather data collection. If we want to acquire minerals, it must be done peacefully without threat of violence.
 
There's nothing about this that makes any sense in strategic sense either in short or long term either in regards to military bases or rare earths. All would be achievable by negotiation with far less damage to the NATO alliance. So it can only be because he has said that he wants it, so he shall have it. Total rape mentality.

I wouldn't have even known about the poll but some idiot decided I needed to be called out. I assume that made him feel like one of the cool kids, but I didn't feel like participating in the silliness as I was painting my bathroom and just a bit frustrated with all the cutting in (it turned out really well, but then again, I have mad skills).

Cowardice. Absolutely no real consequences for doing so and saying what he thinks, and he's still too much of a coward to do anything but yammer on about unrelated matters. Pretty pathetic, but that's a fascist for you.
 
America really is going to implode - we are falling behind in so many ways now, economically, by entire industries (such as renewable and energy storage), doing so much damage to some of our major industries (auto - former allies now taking in Chinese cars), and destroying alliances who will all seek to diversify away from our economy, and if we lose our bases in Europe, that gives the military far less power (though to me that's not a bad thing)
