If this kid got hit, who would be at fault?

I guess the first shot went into the ceiling. Pretty nice shot though, even if he was really close to the robber.

Funny thing is that the mom doesn't look scared at all ! Poor little girl...

He did. People don't react to being shot like you see in the movies.

Kinda crazy, but yeah, the music is stupid.

Makes it seem more like a video game than real life or heck, even a movie.

I think she was just too fat to be mobile enough to duck or dive with a child in her hands. She waddled to the side for all she's worth though.

To the OP, the guard would be at fault probably since she and the kid were blatently in the way the whole time. But wait, there was a robbery going on right next to her and she didn't move?

Robbers can completely put a store out of business. I'd be damned if some woman was too lazy to move and made me lose my business.

Wow. I wonder what was said when the guy walked in. The woman standing at the counter (with the kid) looks completely normal. It appears the guard hears something, says something to the cashier and then bam.

That must have been freakin' loud.

This an old repost.

The perp came in waving a .45 in the clerk's face, the guy who shot back is an NRA instructer with years of shooting experience, blah blah. The perp fired a shot across the desk just as the clerk pulled his weapon. If you pay attention you can see the dust. The clerk hit the perp three times in the back as he was fleeing.

Part of me thinks he took a bit too much of a risk in his actions, but you have to also realize how the situation could've turned out if he hadn't.

I was thinking the same thing. He may be security gaurd but he had no right shooting that gun as close as he did to the lady with the baby.
