i was just on hold waiting for a csr and the hold music was first some alt rock crap that sounded worse that it probably was due to the tinny phone speaker. so that song starts to die down and i'm hoping for some relaxing classical something, when, horror of horrors, the backstreet boys come on! i almost screamed! it was awful!
